Diagnosis and Evaluation Study

Our study includes an evaluation of your horse's symptoms. If your horse qualifies, it can be entered in our study, and working with your veterinarian, we will send our equine performance microbiome formula directly to you.

HORSES THAT MAY BENEFIT FROM TESTING:

Soft manure and /or Fecal Water of more than a week duration.
Soft manure and /or not related to a change in feed.
Changes in performance i.e., attitude/responsiveness, that are not related to a lameness issue.
Evaluation process testing is a guide to be used in diagnosing the cause of symptoms. It is not a definitive diagnostic tool. Ultrasound examination of the right Dorsal Colon and/or 16s RNA sequencing may be needed.

The study evaluation process screening test is $85 per test. Equine Performance Microbiome will pay for the first 100 horses that are selected for testing.

Download and complete the fillable questionnaire below, then return the completed questionnaire to us via email at microbiome@equineperformancemicrobiome.com. For soft manure and/or Fecal Water, pictures must be attached with the questionnaire. We will then contact you with instructions on sample submission.

*If your horse qualifies, your veterinarian must be involved and blood and ultrasound tests may need to be done. If your horse does not qualify and you still want to try our product, we can work with you.
